New Tasmanian Bismark Potatoes
Tasmania has a long history of growing top-quality potatoes. In 1927, the Potato Marketing Board was set up to promote the industry, and in the 1930s, they created this poster. Bismark potatoes are perfect for both mash and chips—especially when they are delivered by a stork!
